Had my bedroom carpet done last week and I love it!! KC Carpets & Flooring gave great advice on picking carpets and are friendly. They left the bedroom very tidy after carpet was fitted.

Such genuinely honest and friendly people there. They will advise you on what is best for you with no ulterior motives.

I had the whole of my upstairs recarpeted in November by the team at KC Carpets. I went with a Cormar carpet after recommendation by Tony in the show room in Wimborne & am so pleased with it. Great service and good advice. Heavy use carpet and nosing installed on stairway with the added difficulty of having to complete during working hours. Pricing was also spot on. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I have used KC Carpets and Flooring Ltd in both our homes to date. Firstly our flat in Poole, which the KC team fully fitted out and then now our house in Wimborne, running new flooring through the ground floor and carpet up the stairs and landing. The fitters were amazing and they had to deal with other tradesmen working on site at the time but went about their jobs without any fuss. The team helped support Stonewater Housing in fitting carpets very very last minute for a vulnerable customer. The staff were polite, friendly and on hand to answer any questions I had! We called them at 4:45 on Wednesday and by 4:30 on Thursday a full 2 bedroom flat now has lovely carpets and vinyl ready for its new family!

Excellent service and quality carpet from KC Flooring. We had our top floor and stairs re-carpeted and it has transformed the look and feel of the house. We love it! The service in the shop was great, very helpful, and the fitting was done by a friendly pair who did a fab job. Would recommend!
